A Lenten Evening of Sound and Stillness

Join us for a special evening led by Trine, a trio of dedicated sound healing practitioners on a mission to bring harmony and well-being through the power of sound. Together, we will rest our bodies as sound washes over us.
Come enjoy an oasis of peace and relaxation in community. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. We suggest cushioned mats as our wood floor is a hard surface.
Tea and cookies will be served after the sound bath concludes. Stay for fellowship and conversation. There will be a $15 registration fee to help cover our costs. (Confidential scholarships available upon request).
Free childcare is offered, but we ask that you register your little ones so we can be sure to have enough childminders on hand!
